The savannah is a type of grassland biome found in 6 continents. It's known for tall grasses and scattered trees with a lack of precipitation. This biome is home to many animals, like zebras, giraffes, and hippopotamuses.

Preparation

Tropical grasslands experience dry and wet seasons while remaining warm throughout. Temperate grasslands have cold winters and warm summers with rainfall. Tropical grasslands are warmer than temperate grasslands.
